退款政策

We value your trust and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read the following carefully, as it applies to all orders shipped within Malaysia.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

 

Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Menstrual discs, cups, or any product that has been opened or used

  • Cleaning tools or accessories that have been opened or used

  • Other personal health-care or intimate products once the seal is broken

Please ensure you select the correct size or product before purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please return it as outlined above. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your authorised return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the amount.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email hello@releafdisc.com.

 

Note:
This policy applies to Malaysian orders. The European Union 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
