How is it different from a menstrual cup or tampon?

Unlike cups or tampons, a disc sits higher in the vaginal fornix, offering greater capacity (4–6 times that of a tampon). It can even be worn during intimacy. It also self-empties during toilet use, making it extra convenient.
Is it safe to use?

What does “auto-dumping” mean for a menstrual disc?

“Auto-dumping” is a unique feature of menstrual discs that allows them to naturally empty during urination — without the need to remove the disc. When you relax your pelvic muscles, the disc shifts slightly, allowing menstrual fluid to release automatically. You don’t need to do anything special; simply urinate as usual, and your disc will naturally empty on its own.
Can I wear it during sex?

How do I clean and care for it?

🍃 Before your period: Wash with mild soap and boil for 3–5 minutes to sterilise.
🍃 During your period: Simply rinse with clean water between uses.
