What does “auto-dumping” mean for a menstrual disc?

“Auto-dumping” is a unique feature of menstrual discs that allows them to naturally empty during urination — without the need to remove the disc. When you relax your pelvic muscles, the disc shifts slightly, allowing menstrual fluid to release automatically. You don’t need to do anything special; simply urinate as usual, and your disc will naturally empty on its own.
Can I wear it during sex?

Yes, the ReLeaf Menstrual Disc can be worn during penetrative sex for mess-free intimacy. However, we don’t recommend doing so frequently, as it may slightly increase the risk of infection. Your comfort and safety always come first.
How do I clean and care for it?

🍃 Before your period: Wash with mild soap and boil for 3–5 minutes to sterilise.
🍃 During your period: Simply rinse with clean water between uses.
🍃 After your period: Give it another gentle wash and boil before storing it in the pouch provided.
