Orders placed after 12:00 GMT +8 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery within Malaysia

Standard Delivery via DHL eCommerce or DHL Express: Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when your order value meets a stated minimum.
International Shipping

We ship to selected countries using DHL Express. International rates and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.

Order Tracking

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Non-Deliverable Packages
Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipment, or failed delivery attempts can be resent at the buyer’s expense. If you choose to cancel the order instead, a refund (excluding the original shipping fee) will be issued.
