🌸 Story behind ReLeaf 

I’m just a girl, like many of you. Ordinary, with dreams and struggles of my own.
I laugh, I cry, I chase dreams, and every month, I live through the rhythm of my cycle. But for so long, that rhythm was weighed down by discomfort. 

Pads clung to me like strangers, rough, irritating, leaving my skin sore and even breaking out in painful little pimples. I told myself this was normal, that I just had to endure. 

But deep down, I longed for something gentler, something kinder.

First step out with courage

When menstrual cups arrived, I thought I had found my answer.

I hoped. I tried. I pushed myself to adapt. 

But each attempt left me more discouraged. 

The suction, the pressure, the endless learning curve, it never felt natural. For a whole year I tried, switching brands, forcing patience, convincing myself it would get better. 

Yet each time, I felt defeated. My hope began to fade.

Given a second opportunity

Almost when I was ready to give up, I discovered the menstrual disc.

The very first time, I felt something I hadn’t in years, “ease”. 

The disc slipped in gently after sanitising, without the need for tricks or lubricants.

That moment became the seed of ReLeaf. 

Not as a brand, but as a gift I wished to share with every girl who has ever felt the same silent struggle.

More than anything, ReLeaf is about care. 

It’s about walking together through something that has often felt heavy, and showing that it can be lighter.

It’s about creating a safe space where you can ask, learn, and be supported, like a friend, a sister, a quiet hand holding yours.
