Grab a ruler and find a comfortable space. Ensure your hands are clean and you are relaxed before you begin.
2. Check Your Height
Gently insert one finger into your vagina to find your cervix. It feels firm and round, like the tip of your nose.
3. Note the Depth
Once you feel your cervix, take note of how far your finger is inserted. Use your thumb to mark the spot where your finger meets your body.
4. Measure & Match
Remove your finger and measure from the tip to your mark against the ruler. Use this length (cm) to find your size in our Size Guide below.
