How to Choose Your Right Size (Measure Your Cervix Height)

Knowing your cervix height helps you choose the disc size that feels most comfortable. Here’s a simple way to check:

🍁 Wash your hands thoroughly with mild soap and water.
🍁 Find a comfortable position — sitting on the toilet, squatting, or standing with one leg raised.
🍁 Insert your clean finger gently into your vagina until you feel your cervix (it feels like the tip of your nose — soft but firm, with a small dimple in the middle).
🍁 Notice how far your finger goes in before you reach your cervix:

• Medium cervix → You reach it around the second knuckle, suggest to go with size S

• High cervix → You can insert your whole finger and may still need to reach a bit further, can go for size L
