How to Insert Your ReLeaf Disc

🌸 Wash Your Hands & Disc
Always begin with clean hands and a clean disc. Rinse with warm water and mild, baby-safe soap before use.

🌸 Find a Comfortable Position
You can squat, sit on the toilet, or lift one leg, whichever feels most natural. Relax your body and take a deep breath.

🌸 Fold & Insert Gently
Pinch the disc into a figure-eight (8) or narrow fold. With the groove/ string facing downwards, gently guide the disc into your vaginal canal, aiming toward your tailbone, not straight up.

🌸 Tuck It Into Place
Once inside, push the front rim (the side with the groove/ string) slightly behind your pubic bone. You’ll feel it settle naturally into place, secure and comfortable.

🌸 Check for Comfort
You shouldn’t feel the disc once it’s in. If it feels uneven or low, adjust by gently pressing or rotating it.

🌸 Relax. You’re ready.
Once inserted correctly, your ReLeaf Disc will move naturally with your body, offering up to 12 hours of leak-free comfort and freedom.

🌸 Pro Tip:
A drop of baby-safe lubricant may help with smoother insertion if you’re new to discs.

How to Remove Your ReLeaf Disc

🌷 Wash Your Hands & Relax
Start by washing your hands with mild, baby-safe soap and warm water. Find a calm, private space. Take a deep breath, relaxing your muscles makes removal much easier.

🌷 Find a Comfortable Position
Sit on the toilet, squat slightly, or rest one leg on the toilet seat. Choose what feels most natural for you.

🌷 Gently Feel & Hook the Disc
(Releaf Signature & Dewdrop Disc)
Insert a clean finger and gently slide it along the vaginal wall until you feel the finger-width groove on the rim of your disc. Hook your finger securely into the groove and slowly pull the disc out while keeping it level to prevent spills. Move gently and steadily, no force needed.

(ReLeaf String Disc) Reach in with a clean finger until you feel the string or the rim of your disc.Slowly pull downward, keeping the disc level to avoid spills.

🌷 Remove & Empty
Once out, gently pour the collected fluid into the toilet. Rinse the disc with clean, warm water before reinserting.

🌷 Deep Clean During Your Period Break
At the end of your cycle, wash your disc with mild, infant-friendly soap, then soak it in warm water using the ReLeaf Disc Container for a few minutes. Allow it to air dry completely before storing.

🌷 Pro Tip:

  • If removal feels tricky at first, try bearing down gently (like during a bowel movement), this helps bring the disc closer to reach.
  • It’s normal to take a few tries to get comfortable. With each cycle, you’ll become more confident, and your ReLeaf routine will soon feel as natural as breathing.
